Mr. John Doe, a highly experienced professional with an outstanding career trajectory, assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer at Shanta in September 2016. Before joining Shanta, Mr. Doe served as the Managing Director at ABC Company Limited for three years and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at XYZ Corporation from December 2009 to February 2014. Prior to his tenure at XYZ Corporation, Mr. Doe worked in Sydney, Australia for Tech Solutions, a technology consulting firm specializing in software development and digital transformation.

Mr. Doe's tenure at Rekitt Benckiser in Bangladesh as a Sales Director spanned from March 1999 to August 2002. Preceding this role, he served as the National Sales Manager at Fresh Food Enterprises, Bangladesh for five years. Mr. Doe's career journey commenced at Coca-Cola, Bangladesh, where he started as a Trainee Territory Sales Officer in 1986 and steadily rose to the position of Regional Sales Manager by 1992.

Mr. Doe earned his Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of Sydney. Additionally, he holds a Postgraduate Diploma in "Business Management and Market Strategies" from the International Institute of Business Studies, Singapore.
